| Using Multiple Bicycles | Only 1 bicycle can be used for each pass that is purchased. To use multiple bicycles, indicate the number of bicycles required when making your purchase. A pass will be issued for each bicycle. |
| Changing Bicycles | You can return and use bicycles as often as you like at any docking port within the rental area, while your pass is valid. To change bicycles, first return the bicycle that you are currently using. |
Notes
- Refunds will not be issued for purchased tickets.
- Please purchase a ticket for the number of people who will be using it at the same time. Multiple tickets purchased at the same time cannot be used separately.
(A ticket for 2 people cannot be used as a ticket for 1 person x 2 times.) - Tickets must be activated no later than 90 days from the date of purchase, including the date of purchase.
- Use of this ticket requires an Internet connection.
