Notes

• Please purchase a ticket for the number of people who will be using it at the same time. Multiple tickets purchased at the same time cannot be used separately. (A ticket for 2 people cannot be used as a ticket for 1 person x 2 times.)
• Tickets must be activated no later than 90 days from the date of purchase, including the date of purchase.
• Tickets expire 24 hours after they are activated.
• When you get off the bus, show the ticket screen on your smartphone to the driver.
• Expired tickets cannot be used even if there is a bus delay.
• A refund will not be issued for a ticket once activated.
• Partial refunds cannot be issued for a ticket that was purchased for multiple people.
• A fee of 100 yen is required per refund per person.
• Use of this ticket requires an Internet connection.
